The NRI Express wallet policy provides guidelines on how users can appropriately transfer NRI wallet/bonus to their bank account(s) directly. Nature's Renaissance International will at every time work to protect our confidential data from breaches and safeguard our reputation and technological property.
This policy applies to all warehouse owners, stockists, distributors afterwards referred to as users who are registered (or have user access to) the NRI backoffice.
Kindly ensure that your correct KYC documentation is captured when prompted on your backoffice. Go through the demonstration video on how to use the express wallet article to fully understand the process before trying it yourself.
Security
The user should ensure that they use a strong password & access code combination. N/b: A minimum of 8 characters which can be alphabets, numeric or alphanumeric, special characters are encouraged. Also, the user should safeguard their passwords and access codes against unauthorised access.

* All charges incured during verification of users( all warehouse owners, stockists, distributors ) BVN and NIN including transfer charges will be solely beared by the user.
